Jakarta, November 25, 2025 – PT Sirkular Karya Indonesia (SKI), a green subsidiary of PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC), has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with PT CCEPC Indonesia (CCEPC) regarding the development of a waste-to-energy (WTE) project in Bali, Indonesia.
Through this MoU, SKI and CCEPC will explore potential collaboration opportunities to pursue WTE project in the Bali region. SKI will be responsible for providing investment support, while CCEPC will provide technical support as the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and O&M (Operation & Maintenance) contractor, prepare a feasibility study for SKI, conduct site visits and assessments of all types of waste available at SKI’s plant, and offer full and exclusive support to SKI in securing any tenders in which SKI participates.
CCEPC is an international engineering company focused on developing chemical energy technologies, environmentally friendly power systems, industrial park construction, as well as infrastructure and civil works. Based in Indonesia, the company has more than 20 years of experience in technology research, consulting, design, equipment supply, EPC construction, and project operational management.
