PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (“Impack Pratama”) received the Top 50 Issuers in the Biggest Market Capitalization (Big Cap) category, with the Best Corporate Governance Practices. This award was won at the 14th IICD Corporate Governance Conference and Award with the theme “Improving Quality Reporting To Encourages Stakeholders Engagement” held by the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD) at Grha CIMB Niaga, Jakarta on September 18 2023.

As an opening at the event, Mr. Sigit Pramono as Chairman of IICD said that this award event is useful for motivating issuers to continue to be committed to implementing and improving good corporate governance practices or Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in their respective companies to be able to provide benefits for stakeholders and shareholders.

Furthermore, the event was closed by the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2009-2014 period, Boediono, who said that this award was given to issuers who had implemented good corporate governance practices in the previous year and were not related to serious cases that conflicted with GCG principles.
